This is fascinating, Jas, thank you for sharing. I have seborrheic dermatitis on the same area of my scalp where I also experience headaches. Looking forward to your breakdown of the crown area! xx

You’re welcome, was my pleasure to share. Sorry to hear you’re healing through scalp issues & headaches. Chronic issues are really frustrating. My hope with continuous sharing, is that we learn to understand on a root level how we can approach our very unique & individualized self healing journey. 🤍

Looking forward to future updates and insights!!! I, like so many others, have had eczema chronically, often showing up in stressful times. It seemed to reappear around COVID, and has been exacerbated by picking (despite my best efforts). I’ve tried it all, prescribed and homeopathic. It is validating to hear another eczema havers experience (I often feel shame around it). And so fascinating to consider the more deeply rooted issues within this seemingly surface level skin-inflammation.

Oh Jess I completely understand, that picking is so tempting! I too have tried a whole lot of treatments and nothing seemed to actually last until I began to understand the root of it. It seems that the traditional medical industry is just catching up (slowly). And of course there is always a time & place for allopathic courses, it feels like the majority of us want to understand preventative care first. 🤍

Thank you for sharing this reflection. I have had eczema for most of my life and often contemplate the root causes. I'm also curious about how it shows up on specific areas of the body and the significance or meaning behind this. For example - mine tends to show up on my inner legs mostly (inner thighs and on the inside of the back of the knee), as well as on my upper lip. Do you think GNM or Louise Hay's resources would speak to this?

Yes, great question. In Germanic Healing Knowledge aka GNM our symptoms can show up generalized or localized. For example you shared very specific localized places which Louise Hay and others have specific notes on that would support your decoding process. But all skin issues are separation conflicts. Either wanting to be separated from someone or not wanting to be. The specific areas it’s showing up gives you more clues!

Decoding possibility- eczema on the lip. Either wanting to be kissed or not wanting to be kissed. Could be a few others as well. That’s why it’s so powerful to self inquire. Once you find the track the thing that keeps triggering the hanging healing phase, it’ll stop flaring up.
