Jas! so much resonance with this one. I would love to unravel this more on the pod, if you're interested in coming back?!
I have actually recently created a space specifically for the new business era. as you said, it IS so clear who has actually embodied this + who's still being influenced in the old paradigm. that said, I do feel a profound purity in spiritually led businesses that just lands - it feels like instant success. I know this resonance, but I too am still releasing some of the old paradigm in me. I wish it was an instant surrender - but here we are - in the void.
I’m sure many feel the same way, for it to be an instant surrender and tbh it can be. It’s us that keeps checking for movement when the truth is once we’ve said it is one way it is that way right now. We definitely can’t be doubly minded about our decisions unless we’re the ones that suffer. I learned that in the void too! And agree with you spiritually led businesses are the only future I see—excited for everyone else to catch up!
And re: pod, at the moment I’m deep into some projects but will definitely circle back, bc I loved our time together 🫶🏾
I was a bit fed up with the tech bros definition of “scaling” and you just described it beautifully: “To create ecosystems that hold more people, more possibility, and more good.”
Thank you Felipe, it’s also so interesting to note that 74% of startups fail because they take money way too soon without even knowing why they exist or how they want to impact the community/industry they’re in. Scaling is seen as such an egoic flex when really businesses should be the vehicles for founders to spread their humanitarian values and vision. Thank you for reading!
