I’ve watched you give and give and thought, wow- generators are able to do so much more-i had no idea you too felt bitter too. I had no idea there was a shared/ common narrative of ‘girl, be quiet, kind, and accessible’ amongst us - from day 1 of listening to you i saw you as brave, no-bullshit, a leader with uncommon insights and (what felt like channeled) messages.... when you spoke- it spoke INTO the hidden truths of me (and others)....doing so, you made me more thoughtful and brave
- i also am grateful for your voice expressing to us what is beyond the common experience of woman- to YOUR experience- as a black woman. (Of which i am only an observer)
