This was such a timely read as I literally just posted a substack note talking about how I hadn’t been looking at my brand in totality, but rather, I’d just been assessing the last few months as if that told the whole story.
I’ve just entered year 3 of building my business and after reading this, it affirms exactly where I’m at! I’ve been experimenting for the first 2 years, and now I am in a season of constructing my signature offers and testing them out with a few close friends.
