A few days ago I woke up & my body was wrecked.
The night before right before going to sleep, I had an anxiety attack.
I ignored the first few signals my body gave me to go to bed early but because I was experiencing some semblance of “normal” energy levels, I shut down the first few requests.
By the time I turned off the lights, my mind was racing nonstop.
Pretty soon my body was riddled with those waves you get when you’re going in & out of consciousness. (if you suffer from anxiety attacks you know what I mean)
Your breath gets slower and at some points, you think you’ve stopped breathing & death is just round’ the corner.
I woke up the next morning & I couldn’t move.
Alex ran me a bath.
I filled it with salt & frankincense.
I figured I couldn’t be the only entrepreneur going through this so I hopped on stories & asked for help, something I’m learning to get better with.

Saturn & Pluto have been transiting my 6th house of health & daily habits for a while and it’s only recently that things have begun to show themselves physically.
Skin things, sleep issues, feminine ailments- all types of weird symptoms.
I purchased Louise Hay’s ‘Heal Your Body’ book back in 2017. It connects the symptoms to the energetic reasons behind them. In recent years there have been more vocal controversies around it which I understand so I only share what has worked for me.
In my journal, I wrote down all my physical symptoms then went through & excavated all the energetic causes, looking for diagnostic cross-overs.
When I looked down at my findings, I was incredibly uncomfortable with what I saw.
I generally view myself as an extremely responsible person but at that moment the one person I wasn’t taking responsibility for or caring for was ME- and it was clear what was at the root of all this.
I know I always talk about being sustainably resourced as an Aquarian Entrepreneur, but I don’t think I ever thought the pace would be this “slow”. Shifting into this journey is a loud call to S L O W I N G all the way down in order to build smoothly.
I can no longer move at the quickness I once was.

Realized this method isn’t business, just a collection of quickly released offers.
Now Saturn is molding me to be particularly organized in mind, body, spirit & business.
I only have energy for certain projects, people, food, and places.
My body is deciding this.
I think this says a lot about how Aquarian entrepreneurs navigate their wellness & the wellness of their business- High quality, holistic & uncompromising.
